It’s on Schedule!

Hey hey heeyyy…..

Top of the morning to ya!!! I hope everyone who comes across this Blog is having an amazing day! Today I want to talk about the schedules of God. Sometimes, I don’t think we realize that everything that happens to us, God is either orchestrating it or allowing it. And, it’s on a schedule. His schedule.

How many times has life hit you and you thought to yourself, “Why Me?” Seems like you keep getting knocked down only to get back up and get knocked down again. Maybe you feel like you just can’t catch a break. I’m here to tell you that everything is on schedule. Even our seasons of suffering has a schedule. There is a time when God allows it and a time that it has to come to an end.

The book of Ecclesiastes 3 is about a time and a season for everything…..

“To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted; A time to kill, And a time to heal; A time to break down, And a time to build up; A time to weep, And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, And a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing; A time to gain, And a time to lose; A time to keep, And a time to throw away; A time to tear, And a time to sew; A time to keep silence, And a time to speak; A time to love, And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace.”

‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬-‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

We are often mistaken about the timing that God has for us. This is another reason why getting to know Him for yourself and spending time in His presence is necessary to know and understand the will of God for your life. Just like when we are expecting the promises of God to manifest, there is also a scheduled time for the manifestation. Before the promise comes the wilderness. Before the blessing comes the suffering.

Our good and bad seasons are on a schedule. Meaning, if there is a time for them to start, there has to be a time for them to end. When God says your suffering is over, it’s over! Nothing and no one can change that. When God says it’s your time to walk into your Promised Land, it’s your time to walk! Nothing and no one can change that.

What I want you to understand is that if you find yourself in an unpleasant season, it won’t always be that way. Some seasons last longer than others. One of my biggest mistakes was comparing my season to someone else’s. That’s a no no!! Why didn’t they suffer like me? Why am I still suffering and they’re not? That’s a trick of the enemy. Do not fall into his trap. Your season may be different from mine. Your experience will be different from mine. Your timing will be different from mine. At the end of the day, it was all scheduled by the Lord.

The truth is that your “Pit” is scheduled. A time for you to be left alone and betrayed. Your “Cave” is scheduled. A time for you to be secluded from everything and everyone. Please understand that these “Schedules” cannot be avoided no matter how hard you try. I will say this……the more you fight your schedule and try to resist it, the harder you make it for yourself. Look at Jonah in the Bible. He tried to run and resist the will and schedule of God, only to end up right where God “Scheduled” him to be. LOL

I’m laughing as I type this because Holy Spirit just said that even your “Running Man” season has a schedule. God allows a time for you to duck and dodge Him. Don’t you realize that He knows the end from the beginning. He knows when you are going to run and hide. He knows when you will resist Him. He has taken all of that into consideration. Nothing catches Him by surprise. None of us are strong enough to change or alter the plans of God.

The words of God cannot return to Him void. They will not fall to the ground. I feel like even our “Free Will” has a schedule. The plans of God over our lives WILL come to pass. If you find yourself in a hard place, know that this too shall pass. If it’s looking like trouble is coming your way, it’s on schedule. Instead of fighting it and begging God to get you out of it, ask Him to give you the grace to endure it.

There is always a lesson in our seasons. Good and bad. What does God want you to learn in your wilderness? What is He teaching you in your pit? What experience does He desire you to have in the fire? When we begin to change our perspective about our schedules, our minds and attitudes come into alignment with the will of the Lord. The next time a tough season or storm comes your way, you’ll understand that it was on schedule. Did you know that Hell has a schedule too? That includes your attacks. The plans and plots of the enemy have also been taken into consideration. That is why God is always telling us to not be afraid and trust in the Lord. If victory wasn’t your portion, God wouldn’t allow it.

Just like a schedule has a beginning, it also has an ending. Ask God what is His plan for your life. Ask Him what’s on the agenda for today? What does His schedule look like for you? Now that you’re in tune with God, you’ll be ready for the things that come your way. Even the unexpected. God doesn’t want to take you out of it. He wants to take you through it!
